TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE

You must be at least 18 years old to place any orders with Software Site. By using the Web Site you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old.

By purchasing any goods through the Web Site, you make an offer to us to purchase the goods you have selected based on these Terms and Conditions.

We will confirm acceptance of your order when we send you an email confirming payment of the goods you have ordered within 24 hours of purchase. If we are unable to process or accept your order after payment is received we will contact you by email or telephone within 24 hours of purchase.

SALE OF GOODS AND DELIVERY

Upon purchase, we will process the delivery of your order to your designated delivery address or in the case of product key purchases your provided email address. Our delivery contractors are Australia Post, Star Track Express, Toll Transport and various couriers. Software Site ships free Australia wide and reserves the right to determine the most appropriate shipping method for the item purchased at all times.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCT KEYS

We fully guarantee all of our activation key codes, product codes and serial numbers  as functional and 100% legal licenses. 

Whilst some licenses are an immediate and automated delivery on receipt of payment many Microsoft and Adobe product licenses are processed through Software Site and emailed direct to the end user within 24 business hours (excluding weekends & public holidays).  Details of expected delivery timeframes are in the listing. 

COPYRIGHT

Any software that is made available for download from Software Site is the copyrighted work of its publishers, manufacturers and suppliers.  Use of the Software is governed by the terms of the end user license agreement, if any, which accompanies or is included with the Software ("End User License Agreement"). An end user will be unable to install any Software that is accompanied by or includes a License Agreement, unless he or she first agrees to the License Agreement terms. The Software program is made available for download solely for use by end users according to the License Agreement. Any reproduction or redistribution of the Software not in accordance with the License Agreement is expressly prohibited by law, and may result in severe civil and criminal penalties.

SOFTWARE RETURNS 

Before purchasing we recommend the following: 

• Assess your own eligibility and identification for the license (where applicable) 

• Review the System Requirements 

• Ensure you know exactly what software or programs you will receive and their expected performance. 

Please ensure you choose the appropriate product key and system requirements for installing as there are no refunds or exchanges once a delivery of a license is emailed. 

When buying licensed software you are not buying the software or your copy of it you are buying a license whereby the manufacturer grants you the right to install and run their program on 1-3 computers (depending on the license).  A software license once installed is assigned to the end user. 

It is the buyers responsibility to ensure that they are buying the correct license for their operating system and purpose as due to the security and possible compromise of the license once delivered unless there is a problem with the licensed issued we will not accept the return or refund of licenses due to reseller copyright and licensing restrictions. 

In the case of software licensing errors when installing we require a screenshot of the license inserted and the resulting error message to assess and determine if there is a problem or error regarding the license key before any replacement or refund can be issued.   

In cases where there was an error in despatching and the incorrect software license has been emailed will we will replace and email the correct license. 

Software Site is a reseller of software licensees only.  Our guarantee  is to provide as purchased a valid product license which will activate the chosen program however we cannot make any guarantees into the installation, download or running of software programs and are not responsible for any technical problems that may inhibit a successful download and installation.  We are not computer technicians and can offer limited help to address issues encountered by users when downloading, installing or running any software programs.  Help assistance and support is usually provided by the writers of the software.  Many manufacturers offer free trial downloads so if in doubt you can download and try before you buy.  Product keys will usually activate trial versions.

REFUNDS

Eligible refunds are issued back to the source from which the original payment was made.

Software Site warrants that all software licenses are genuine and as supplied by manufacturer. Licenses are not shared or used by any other user and are unique to the purchaser and will never be onsold.

We are not computer technicians and as such are not qualified to and cannot offer help or advise in technical issues arising from any problems which may occur.  For help and assistance we recommend you contact or visit the manufacturer or publishers website or seek appropriate qualified technical assistance.
